Nous recommandons vivement d’exécuter et de vous envoyer par mail des clôtures journalières en mode ‚Z‘ . Entre autre nous attachons la base des données (compressé et sécurisé par mot des passe) à cet email. Ceci comme sauvegarde de vos données!
- En Cashy-POS, un jour est défini comme la période entre deux événements de clôture de jour
- Pour exécuter une clôture de jour vous devez entrer le mot de passe du superviseur ou d’un utilisateur ayant le droit d’exécuter des clôtures du jour ou du mois
- Vous pouvez définir ces droits dans „Gérer Cashy > Utilisateurs“
Vous avez l’option d’imprimer les rapports sur l’imprimante de reçus ou sur une imprimante compatible AirPrint ainsi que de les envoyer par mail. A ce moment, il est également possible de sauvegarder la base des données sur un serveur FTP.
En toquant la case „Vente des produit résumés“ vous pouvez inclure les produits vendues dans le rapport de clôture.
