Vous permet de gérer plusieurs transactions en cours sans clôturer la transaction actuelle. Par exemple pour servir un autre client sans perdre les parts de l’achat déjà enregistré pour l’actuel client.
Une transaction ouverte peut servir dans un bar pour collectionner les commandes d’un client ou table
Ce bouton n’aura aucune fonctionnalité si l’écran de transaction ne contient pas au moins un poste.
On ouvrant une nouvelle transaction, vous serez demandé de donner un nom à la transaction courante. Le champ du nom contient déjà un numéro unique qui peut être remplacé par un texte défini par l’utilisateur.
Si un contact a déjà été lié à une transaction, le nom ne sera plus requis mais celui-ci aura le nom du contact associé.
Lorsqu’il y a des transactions ouvertes, un bouton supplémentaire devient visible. Ce bouton (Afficher les transactions ouvertes) affiche une liste avec toutes les transactions ouvertes qui ensuite peuvent être réactivées (avant plan) ou supprimées.
Important: Avant d’exécuter une clôture de jour, il est nécessaire de fermer toutes les transactions encore ouvertes. Un message d’erreur sera affiché: “Veuillez fermer toutes les transactions ouvertes“
