How to cancel an item from already closed transaction ?

  1. Switch to the user to which the cancellation should apply
  2. Tap the button “Refund“ shortly
  3. You will be asked for the password of a user having the permission to cancel items
  4. After entering the password, you are now in cancel-mode indicated by a red title above the transaction-screen
  5. Now register the item to cancel normally
  6. As soon as you close the transaction by one of the available payment methods, Cashy-POS will return into normal registering mode
  7. A receipt will be printed. It contains the title “CANCELLATION“

Sometime you wish to cancel a whole transaction with several items inside. To do so, identify the receipt-number (transaction-ID) of the transaction you wish to cancel and tap longer onto the “Refund“-Button. You will be asked for the transaction-ID and the whole transaction will be reverted.
