You can track the hours your employees worked by entering manually their working period. The page is not password-protected; therefore everybody has access to it.
Cashy-POS uses the 24-hour format. For break field you should use minutes (i.e. type 60 min. instead of 1 hour break)
Just tapping on the users name will open a new window where you can enter the working hours (from, to, and the break time if necessary). It is best practice to tell the seller to enter his data (hours) before he leaves the shop or to let the Supervisor register the hours for all employees at the end of the day.
The worked hours can be used to calculate the employee’s efficiency. As example, somebody worked from 09:00 to 18:00, having 1 hour break for lunch (total worked time 8 hours) and he did sales of 1’000 in this period. Cashy-POS will calculate and will report “Average sale per hour“, in this case 125.
“Average sales per hour“ will be calculated from the last “Closed day“
Accessing “Manage Cashy > Reports“ allows you to compare the employee’s efficiency at any time period.
